Community Service Opportunities

The Office of Campus Involvement has something for everyone! Every month we offer an opportunity for students, staff, faculty and campus community to join in on our community service projects. During the fall semester together we were able to make over 100 Halloween goodie bags for Cooper Hospital, wrote to Veterans near and far and donated over 100 bags filled with every day necessities for local churches, community centers, homeless shelters and soup kitchens.

One new opportunity on campus is Rutgers-Camden's very own Alex's Lemonade Stand for Alex's Lemonade Stand Foundation. During the fall semester student leaders volunteered to sell lemonade, cookies, baked goods and hot chocolate, we're excited to continue these efforts for the spring semester and raise even more money for childhood cancer and research.

We're excited to kick off the spring semester with the Office of Civic Engagement as we celebrate our annual MLK Day of Service in and around the Camden community.
